Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after processing):

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
KINDLEKIND is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, please contact the carrier first. For lost in transit, email us and we will help file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
