Return and Refund Policy for KINDLEKIND

We want you to be completely satisfied with your toy purchase. If you are not, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • To start a return, contact us at mevulda@orinaldex.store with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage not caused by shipping, or missing parts.

  • Opened plush toys or soft items due to hygiene reasons.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong toy, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at mevulda@orinaldex.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
