We want you to be completely satisfied with your toy purchase. If you are not, please review our policy below.
Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, contact us at mevulda@orinaldex.store with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items

Items showing signs of wear, damage not caused by shipping, or missing parts.

Opened plush toys or soft items due to hygiene reasons.

Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong toy, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at mevulda@orinaldex.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
